Montuiri is both a municipality and a small town of the same name on the island of Mallorca. One of the sights of Montuiri is the parish church of Sant Bartomeu, which was built in the 14th century and rebuilt in the 18th century. The parish church of Sant Bartomeu rises above a rampart popularly known as Els Graons. The upper part is crowned by a dome, above which a small balcony encloses the lighthouse. The town’s rectory was built around 1500. It is located in the Placa Major, right next to the parish church.
Another attraction of the city of Montuiri is the chapel Mare de Deu de la Bona Pau. Mare de Deu de la Bona Pau is a memorial place in honour of Saint Michael. Furthermore, the archaeological site of Son Fornes, located in a settlement of the Talayotic culture, is an attraction for tourists interested in culture.
