The building structure consists of columns formed by reinforced concrete pillars and reinforced concrete girders, and reinforced concrete walls on which unidirectional ceiling panels are supported. In the entrance and in the central patio, the flooring is made of pebbles combined with natural stone. The large wall on the right-hand side is clad with natural stone. The patio is covered with transparent glass to provide natural lighting. From the vertical connecting core, where the staircase covered with natural stone and the lift for 6 persons for disabled access are located, one also enters the parking area with the automated Wöhr-Park system.
